Super Ethereal Lady Notes

Vic Smeed was a prolific designer in the 50's and one of his more popular designs was Ethereal Lady published in the June 1948 issue of Aeromodeller over 60 years ago. This was a 48" Free Flight model for a 1 - 2 cc diesel. For todays modellers this is a bit on the small side so it has been re-drawn in AutoCad as a 72" version suitable for 3 channel radio and a 25 size motor. I used an OS 25 FSR. This is very much a builders model and with care and attention to detail it makes a perfect "Old Timer" to be proud of. I have also included a copy of the original artcle & plan as it appeared in the 1948 issue of Aeromodeller
