PHASE 6 FUSELAGE RE-BUILD
Chris Foss's Phase 6 is one of my favorite Slope Soarers, but the fuselage is prone to self destruct during a crash. As some sage once said "Models are built to fly not crash" However since you cannot buy a new set of fuselage parts you either have to write it off, repair it or build a new fuselage. If you were smart you copied the ply parts & the instructions, so together with the remains you can knock up a new fuselage. If you did neither (or lost your templates, as I did) here is a set of full size ply parts and the instructions to keep that Phase 6 flying. There are some parts not included on the drawing, the side joint reinforcing strips(2) the former balsa Ddoublers, servo tray parts etc. If you are re-building most of these odd bits are self evident and are covered in the Phase 6 Instructions given below. Hope these drawings help to keep these superb models flying for many years. The Wings & Tail Feathers are virtually indestructible.
