Directory of Model Aircraft Suppliers, Model Shops & Web Sites of Special Interest

Have you ever tried to find that elusive Model Supplier or Shop, you saw an advert in a magazine months ago but which magazine & where. A Google search for Balsa gives 10,800,000 hits and a search for Servo's over 11,000,000. Lets face it the 10,799,990 are mainly irrelevant. This NEW Database narrows the search down to about 350 dedicated model aircraft suppliers and shops and (for example) a further search for Balsa will narrow the search down to 5 or 6 who can actually supply what you need. Also included is a unique Web Site Directory of those hard to find web sites. Most of these have been culled from a wide variety of Model Aircraft Magazines and will be added to on a monthly basis.

Nowadays virtually every company has a web address, click on this (highlighted in blue) when you will usually find full contact details, location, phone, e-mail etc. The database is "searchable" so a search for Fuel will bring up companies that specialize in model aircraft fuel such as Model Technics, Cool Power, Byron etc.

There are other model directories on the net, not all are 100% accurate or comprehensive, one does not have entries for two of Cheshire's largest shops. Some companies do not advertise at all, some only trade on eBay whilst others advertise in specialist magazines such as the BMFA News etc. Try them all.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and to be as comprehensive as possible errors and omission's are inevitable.
