C&D: There was a printers strike at this time so both volumes contain less issues than normal.
E: Some copies of 3470 were printed with 3469 on the cover. Change as required.

From Volume 8 up to and including Volume 128 the magazine was published weekly it then became fortnightly from volume
129 onwards with a volume being an entire year until Volume 148 when it became two volumes per year (12, latterly 13 issues a volume)
